Are your Mosaics weather proof?

Nothing is 100% weather proof. I recommend that you treat your Mosaic as you would your tomato plants-if the temperature drops below 32 degrees, either bring it inside or cover it.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not thrilled by your purchase from me, simply return the piece, in its original condition for a full refund, less shipping.

How are your Mosaic edges finished?

All pieces are ready to hang or display. All sides are finished as part of the picture.

Is it possible to get one of your Mosaics in different colors or sizes?

Yes…simply send me an email with your request.

How do I make a purchase?

I now accept PayPal purchases or you may purchase an available item by sending me an email me with your order. Your personal check or money order will be accepted, however, there will be a 10 to 15 day waiting period before the item will be shipped.

How are the items shipped?

All pieces are protected in layers of bubble wrap and/or foam crating and shipped UPS ground and will be insured. I have never had any items reported damaged, however, if this should be the case, notify me immediately for a full refund. I will make all the arrangements with the shipper.

Do you make custom Mosaics?

Yes, please refer to my Custom/Purchase page. Also, it is helpful if you provide me with pictures of the area where the design is intended, along with color samples, materials, and paint chips. The more information I have, the more satisfied you will be with the Mosaic piece.
